This notice describes the portfolio and its enquiry form. Updated 30 September 2026.

What the form stores

Your name, email address, enquiry topic, message, consent and submission time are saved so Bryan can review your enquiry and respond. Please avoid sending passwords, financial information or other sensitive details.

Where it goes

Enquiries are stored in Bryan’s Supabase project in Singapore. The website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. Enquiries are not publicly readable. Submitting this form does not send an automatic email notification or create a booking.

Spam prevention and technical data

The application uses a short-lived hash of your email for rate limiting and a random submission identifier to prevent duplicate messages. It does not store your IP address in the enquiry table. Hosting providers may maintain their own technical logs.

Retention and requests

Messages have a 90-day expiry date for review and removal by Bryan. Automatic deletion is not configured. If you want a message removed, use the enquiry form and include your earlier submission date and email so Bryan can identify it.

Cookies and tracking

The portfolio application adds no advertising trackers, analytics cookies or customer accounts. It makes necessary requests to Supabase for public project information and enquiry submission. The hosting provider may use its own platform security and operational services.

Updates

This is an early portfolio. Service offerings, response arrangements and the retention process are still being developed. This notice will be updated when those arrangements change.
